Dan Koziczkowski – Chairperson

Dan KoziczkowskiDan joined St. Joseph Parish in 1996 and married his wife Lori, a lifelong parish member the following year.

Dan and Lori have two daughters, Danielle and Kalene, who are St. Joseph Parish School graduates in 2013 and 2015.

His present term on the Pastoral Council began in 2017 and he is the Liaison to the Finance Council. Previously, he was a Pastoral Council member from 2000-2003 when he served as Secretary.

Dan was active on the School Committee from 2009-2015, serving as the Chairperson for five years.

He is also a member of the Stewardship Committee and is a regular usher for many years, most often at Saturday mass.

Dan is an electrical engineer at Rockwell Automation working on factory automation and alternative energy power generation technology.


Matthew Schwab – Vice Chairperson

Matt SchwabI joined St Joseph Parish in 1999.  My wife Lisa and I were married at St Joe’s in 2003, and our two children, Claire and Jaden, were baptized in 2011 and 2016.

I have served in the liturgical ministries of Lector and Usher over the years, and am a regular attendee of 8:00 Mass.  The enthusiasm, energy, and spirituality of the liturgies and parishioners keep me coming back for more.

I am the current Vice-Chair of Pastoral Council.  I joined Pastoral Council in 2019 as a representative to the Finance Council.

My career has been in the Information Technology industry for the past 25 years.  I have worked at Foley and Lardner LLP for the past 13 years, and my current role there is a network engineer.


Judy Hazlett – Secretary

Judy HazlettJudy and her husband Gerry have been members of St. Joseph Parish  since 1985.  They have two daughters, Megan and Loran along with three grandchildren.

This is Judy’s first time serving as a member of Parish Council although she has been active in a variety of ministries at the parish.  Judy served as a child, youth and high school catechist since 1995.  As her daughters grew, high school youth ministry brought her to youth workcamp. She attended 12 camps and was a member of the Workcamp Prep Team throughout the years.  Judy actually led the 2017 Rushville Workcamp which was the last camp she attended.  Judy has attended six NCYC conferences as a youth chaperone and served on the Milwaukee Archdiocese  NCYC trip planning committee in 2019. Judy has served on various committees through the years; stewardship, assisted with St. Joseph Feast day celebrations and ad hoc as called upon.

Judy worked in hospital food service for over 30 years and is now works part-time for Children’s Wisconsin.  When not busy with work, husband and family, she enjoys baking, cooking, cake decorating, crafts, walking and reading.


Char Blaubach – Pastoral Council Member

Char BlaubachChar & her husband Dave have been members of St. Joes since the early 80’s. She has served as a Eucharistic Minister at 4pm mass for approximately twelve years. She has assisted in Fish Fry setups for the last two years & has helped with the Farmers Market.

Char is also a member of the school’s unpaid staff, working in the library in various capacities.

She has been retired since April of 2018 from a lifetime career as a Medical Technologist, the last 26 plus years at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls.

Char continues as a volunteer through Community Memorial Hospital, knitting prayer shawls, & lap robes, & baby blankets for Cancer Care, Rehab, & OB.


Lisa Delorit – Pastoral Council Member

Lisa and her husband Dan have been members of St. Joseph Parish since 1987. They have two grown and married children, Justin and Beth, and two granddaughters.

This is Lisa’s first time on the Pastoral Council and she is the liaison for the Worship Committee.

Lisa served as the Director of Stewardship and Communication for the parish from 2003 – 2020. Since retiring she has been the Parish Liaison for the Love One Another Campaign, leads the Ministers of the Eucharist for the parish, and serves on the Cemetery Committee. When her children were in school, she volunteered as a Child Ministry Catechist.

In her spare time Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, gardening, cooking, and traveling. She is also a member of the Grafton Lions Club.


John Gassert – Pastoral Council Member

John joined St. Joseph Parish in 2016 and has become active in several ministries. He was accepted to serve on the Pastoral Council in 2021. He serves as an usher and regularly attend Mass at 8:00 AM. He has made lasagna for St. Bens while we could and is now helping assemble sandwiches. He helps with the Grief Ministry as needed. John is a member of the Love One Another Campaign Committee.

John was married for 44 years; His wife passed away in February 2016. He has one daughter and two wonderful grandchildren who live in Springdale Arkansas.

John is a retired Professor Emeritus at MSOE where he taught electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and medical informatics classes. John truly enjoys doing volunteer work for the Church, Riveredge Nature Center, Ozaukee Family Services, and YMCA. John is an active member of the Grafton Lions.


Brenda Jobe – Pastoral Council Member

Brenda has been a gracious recipient of all St Joseph Parish has to offer since 2002.  I have three children in college, Alyssa, Bryce and Evan, and now that my nest is empty, I am eager to start contributing more significantly to this wonderful parish. She taught Christian Formation classes for 1st grade for a brief stint and helped with one of the capital campaigns a few years back.

This is Brenda’s first time on the council, and she is the liaison for the School Committee.

Brenda is a Registered Nurse and family nurse practitioner. She has been a professor at  Concordia University Wisconsin for 17 years, teaching nursing students.


John Krueger – Pastoral Council Member

 I grew up in Elm Grove, Wisconsin and attended Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Medical School.  After my residency in Family Medicine we moved to Grafton and joined St. Joseph Parish.  My wife Debbie and I have been members since 1982.

We have one son, Christopher, who is married and lives in Whitefish Bay with his wife, Becca, and three children, Henry, Sam, and Alex.  We are happy to be able to see them regularly.

I retired from regular practice in 2017 but still enjoy working occasionally on an “on call” basis. Retirement has given me the opportunity to become more involved with the Grafton Lions Club and Grafton Historical Society.  I also like to golf and bike in the summer and cross country ski in winter.

I joined the Pastoral Council in September of 2021 and look forward to serving the parish in this capacity.


Tom Krueger – Pastoral Council Member

I was born and raised in Cedarburg, Wisconsin and attended St. Francis Borgia grade school. My wife, Shari, and I were members of St. Francis Borgia for most of our married life, joining St. Joseph’s Parish in 2015. We have two children, John and Amy, and five grandchildren.

Since joining St. Joseph’s, I have become involved with ushering at the 4:00 mass and assisting with Hospitality, the Farmer’s Market and the Fish Fry. In 2022 I was accepted to the Pastoral Council and will be a liaison to the Finance Council.

I retired in 2016 after 35 years in the restaurant business, owner and manager of Barth’s at the Bridge restaurant in Cedarburg, followed by five years in the homebuilding business and then eleven years at Sendik’s Market in Grafton as Wine & Spirits manager.

In my spare time, I serve on the board of directors of the Cedarburg History Museum and volunteer with the Cedarburg Fire Department and at the Rivoli Theatre. I also enjoy spending time golfing, flyfishing and hunting.


Jack Reindl – Pastoral Council Member

My wife Dorothy and I joined St. Joseph over 20 years ago when we were transferred back from Connecticut.  We have been married 51 years and had one son, Bryan, who passed away in December of 2020.
I came from a small town in Manitowoc County where I attended grade school and high school at St. Gregory Catholic Parish.  After receiving a degree from UW-Whitewater I worked in retail management for over 35 years.  After my retirement I joined Portal Industries here in Grafton where I worked in job development and job coaching for over 10 years.
I have been active in Lions Clubs at both the local, district and state level.
I have been an usher for many years and look forward to getting more involved in the parish.

Ron Putzer – Trustee, Secretary

STAFF_putzerRon_110Ron has been a member of the St. Joseph Parish community since 1999.  He began serving as parish Trustee in 2013. Ron also served on the Pastoral Council for three years. Ron has been active in the Youth Ministry program since joining the parish, serving as a high school catechist since 2000. He is a member of the Workcamp Prep Team and has attended all workcamps since they began in 2002.  Ron holds a certificate in Lay Ministry from St. Francis Seminary. Ron and his wife, Anne, were married at St. Joseph Parish in 1984. They serve together on many ministries.  They have three adult children – Amanda, Adam and Abby.   Ron is a regional manager for the life sciences company EMD Millipore, focusing on pharmaceutical production. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, kayaking, cooking and reading


Chuck Boehm – Trustee, Treasurer
STAFF_boehmChuck_110Chuck has been an active member of St. Joseph Parish since joining in 1999. He is currently serving as Trustee, after serving on the Pastoral Council from 2004-2013.  Chuck is an active member of the Life Long Faith Formation Committee and has been a High School Catechist since 2000.  He is also the Parish Captain to St. Joseph Parish for the Men of Christ group and their Annual Conference.  Chuck is a civil engineer at AECOM, a global engineering company, where his area of emphasis is water resources (including river, storm water, and sanitary systems). He and Jennifer were married in 1990 and are the proud parents of six children – Sarah, Katie, John, Andrew, Ellie and Monica.  When not busy with work, parish life or the kids, he enjoys fishing, camping, hunting, gardening and trips to the beach!
