Expectations for Student Participation in Athletic Activities
The academic achievement and religious formation of student athletes is the first priority of the athletic ministry. Students participating in any athletic program sponsored by the athletic ministry are expected to show and maintain an academic level that is commensurate with their abilities. In addition, all student athletes are expected to maintain regular class attendance and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in the classroom.
Students/athletes, coaches, family members and spectators represent Saint Joseph Parish. Consequently, proper conduct is expected at all games, whether home or away games. Good sportsmanship must be demonstrated at all times, win or lose.
Spirit Wear
Spirit Wear is a great way to demonstrate your school and team spirit. Clothing is available in both youth and adult sizes. Order your Spirit Wear through the school office throughout the school year, then watch the school calendar for Spirit Wear Days and show off your Lancer Pride. Contact the School Office at 262-375-6505, or schooloffice@stjosephgrafton.org with any questions.
Volunteer & Service Opportunities
It takes a significant number of volunteers to operate our parish-based athletic programs and we are appreciative for all the support we have received from parents, parishioners, coaches, the community and our committee members. Please consider volunteering to help at athletic events and fundraisers, and most importantly support our parish teams by attendance at athletic events.
