In order to ensure affordable access to our outstanding school, SJPS offers multiple ways to reduce the cost of yearly tuition. At St. Joseph Parish School, education is never out of your reach!
SCHOLARSHIPS & FINANCIAL AID: Due to the generosity of our parish families and our most recent Catholic Community Foundation Scholarship Grants, SJPS is able to offer scholarships and financial aid. To apply for a scholarship, check the box on the registration agreement and complete the application form that is sent home in late April. All applications are kept confidential. Per child, scholarships range from $500 to the full cost of tuition.
SCHOOL CHOICE: Current St. Joseph Parish School families with students entering K4, K5 or 1st grade next year who meet the income requirements may qualify. Additionally, families who are not currently enrolled in our school may qualify for School Choice if their children are in K4-8th grade. Applications are open over 7 periods for 2026. SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (SNSP): Students who have an IEP or ISP through a local school district may qualify for a full SNSP scholarship, even if they are already enrolled in a private school. An SNSP scholarship provides your child with the accommodations needed to continue to support their growth and development at a private school you know and trust. RAISERIGHT: For every gift card you purchase, your family earns tuition credit for the following school year. SJPS splits the profit 50/50 with your family. No minimum purchase required. Anyone can purchase gift cards and indicate your family name and the credit will be applied to you.
REFER A FAMILY: Current school families who refer a new family that registers for the 2026-2027 school year will receive $500 off of tuition next year.
WISCONSIN PRIVATE SCHOOL TAX CREDIT: The state of Wisconsin allows parents to deduct up to $4,000 per student in grades K5-8th on their tax return. DOR Private School Tuition
MULTIPLE STUDENT DISCOUNT: Families with more than 1 child attending in a school year receive a discount on the 2nd and 3rd child’s tuition. Any families with 4 or more students enrolled, receive free tuition for the 4th+ children.
PAYMENT PLAN: Tuition payments can be made monthly from August-May.
