May the one who receives this shawl be cradled in hope, kept in joy, graced with peace, and wrapped in love.
Prayer Shawl Ministry meetings are held from 7:00 – 8:30 pm in the Gathering Hall on the third Thursday of the month – September through May.
Prayer shawls are knitted or crocheted and given to the sick, to grieving families, to comfort those who lost loved ones, and to hospice care facilities.
The group also makes hats, scarves and baby items for several different outreach programs.
